DossierX collects account information you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and authentication details.

When you connect or import contacts, DossierX may process contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, employers, job titles, profile URLs, notes, and source metadata from the account or file you choose to import.

We also collect product usage, device, log, and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use information to provide DossierX features, including contact import, relationship intelligence, alerts, search, account administration, security, support, and service improvement.

Google Contacts data is used only to import and maintain contacts in your DossierX account and to power user-facing relationship and alert workflows you enable.

We do not sell personal information or use imported Google Contacts data for advertising.

If you connect Google Contacts, DossierX requests read-only access to your contacts after you grant consent through Google.

DossierX stores imported contact records and source metadata in your account. OAuth tokens are used only to sync the contacts source and are stored using encryption controls.

You can disconnect a Google source from DossierX settings. Disconnecting stops future syncs; you may also request deletion of previously imported data.

We share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or use trusted infrastructure and service providers under appropriate obligations.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or protect the service.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, unless deletion is requested and required by law.

You can choose not to connect a contacts source, revoke provider access, disconnect imported sources, or contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information.

You can also manage Google app access from your Google Account security settings.
